Head of UAE Mission Critical Projects

Start Date – Immediate

Salary – $45,000 - $55,000 AED & Medical & Bonus

Working Week – Approx 45 Hours

Location – Dubai

The Company

A EPC company, with a focus on design consultancy and project management for data centres. A global company with over 4000 staff and 51 offices. Providing some of the most innovative, sustainable solutions for complex projects.

The Role

Reporting directly to the operation director, providing a 60/40 split of business development and engineering/ technical support when required.

Your responsibility will be to oversee multiple projects at various stages of their development including concept and detail design. You be required to add capability to the technical engineering team, as well as manage deliverables.

The large portion of the work will be Business Development, in which you are required to assist in support current tenders and creating new leads for projects.

The Requirements

• Approximately 15 year’s experience working in construction design, preference with experience in Data Centre or GMP projects
• Previous experience working in Middle East preferred
• Experience gained in both lead level technical capacity as well as managerial level roles
• Extensive experience through Concept and detailed process
• Degree qualified in relevant Engineering Scope I.E – Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural
